As an admin, you have the ability to hide any user profile from the live chat widget team showcase. To do this, navigate to the user profile section by going to Workspace Settings &gt; User Management &gt; Select the user &gt; More Options. If a user is an internal user who is not customer facing, you can hide them in the live chat widget
