## Chat Inboxes

Inboxes are groups of conversations filtered like folders by different criteria. You can consider these as “conversational folders”

When you sign up, by default, there are a few inboxes created for you:

* My Inbox - This is a conversation folder that shows all the conversations assigned to you from all mediums.
* Team Inbox - This folder shows all the conversations assigned to someone from the team.
* Unassigned - This folder shows all conversations that still need to be assigned.

💡 Ideally, you should watch out for unassigned conversations and pick them if they are not handled. Click connector makes it easy to watch the unassigned conversations by showing a number next to that inbox.
