Filtering conversations allows you to filter your inbox using specific criteria. You can use this feature to locate a specific conversation or browse through conversations that match your needs.

To filter a conversation you should click on the ‘Funnel’ icon next to the search icon.

Many filtering options are available to use, a few of them are:

Filter by period
Member
Tag
Connection
Requires attention.
User groups
Customer
Connection Type
Status
Pipeline

After choosing your specific filter, make sure to click on ‘Apply Filter’ to apply the filter.

To delete the filter you can click on the ‘bin’ icon that appears when you hover near the filter.
