The monthly subscription fee for WhatsApp (WA) is currently $49/mo, which is paid to our partner, Dialog 360. However, once we have direct access to the WhatsApp Business API, this fee will no longer be necessary.For now, since we are working with a partner, we pass along the fee to our customers. To become eligible for the Facebook Partner program, we need a higher number of businesses using ClickConnector. Currently, our current plan does not include WhatsApp integration due to this requirement. However, once we gain access from Facebook, we will gladly include it in our plans.
