Channels are Communication mediums that you can integrate with Click Connector. We currently support the following channels:

You can create multiple channels in the same channel category too. (This will be counted separately)

Eg:

FB Page - ABC & Facebook Page - XYZ will be counted as two channels.

How are channels counted?

The following would help you understand it better.

1 channel = 1 connection = 1 account

1 instagram account = 1 connection

1 Live Chat widget = 1 connection
