We are currently not a Meta BSP, and we are collaborating with an external partner, Dialog 360, to provide WhatsApp Integration in ClickConnector. As a result of this collaboration, we pass on the partner integration fee to the customer (we do not retain any commission or cut). It's a cost that we cannot absorb—$49 per account per month—which is significantly higher than the revenue we would generate from a single AppSumo sale. We understand that this additional subscription fee might be disappointing for some, and we also acknowledge that this supplementary subscription add-on complicates things to manage. Currently, registration for BSP is closed. However, I have spoken to the messaging team in the Asia Region, and they have reviewed our account and recommended that we reapply after a substantial number of pages are connected to our app. We plan to reapply for the BSP program after the AppSumo campaign, and we are confident that we will become part of Meta's BSP program. Once we are in the BSP program, we will no longer need to pay our partner for providing WhatsApp integration, and we will also remove the additional subscription fee for our users. If you are reading this and happen to know someone who can assist us in becoming a BSP, please don't hesitate to contact us.
