In simple terms:

1 token ~= 4 chars in English
1 token ~= ¾ words
100 tokens ~= 75 words
Training a 1000 word Article ~= 1,333 Tokens
1 million tokens = 750 (1000 word articles)

Note - Please keep in mind that tokens are used for chatbot responses in addition to training. On average, up to 500 tokens could be used in a single chatbot session. This means that with 1 million tokens, you can answer over 2000+ conversations.
